Live Stock (Tarantulas, Jumping Spiders, etc.)
Due to the delicate nature of live animals, Spider Cribz does not offer returns or exchanges on live stock. However, we do provide a live arrival guarantee.
If your spider arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Conditions for DOA Claims:
- Contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
- Provide photographic evidence of the animal in its unopened container.
- The live arrival guarantee applies only to direct shipments. We are not responsible for delayed or rerouted deliveries caused by shipping carriers.
We cannot guarantee the health or survival of spiders beyond the first hour after delivery, as we cannot control the conditions they are kept in post-arrival.
Non-Live Products (Enclosures, Decor, Supplies)
For non-live products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Ship the item back at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
