Domestic Shipping (UK)

Flat Rate Shipping: For non-live products, we offer a flat shipping fee of £5 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: Domestic orders within the UK typically arrive within 3-7 bus

Due to the delicate nature of live animals, Spider Cribz does not offer returns or exchanges on live stock. However, we do provide a live arrival guarantee.

If your spider arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
