  • Due to the delicate nature of live animals, Spider Cribz does not offer returns or exchanges on live stock. However, we do provide a live arrival guarantee.

    If your spider arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.
